Delete your Joco data
- Open Joco → Settings → Privacy and copy your Player ID.
- Email jocogames.app@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Joco data" and your Player ID.
- We delete your cloud data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted: your cloud save (progress, stars, coins and coin history, unlocks, nickname, local player names) and your anonymous account and its link to Game Center / Google Play Games.
What is kept: nothing that identifies you. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their policies; you can restore purchases in the app with the same store account. Data held by ad providers is controlled by them (see the Privacy Policy, section 5).
Deleting the app removes the copy on your phone. If you reinstall without asking us to delete the cloud copy, your progress comes back.
Joco verilerini sil
- Joco'yu aç → Ayarlar → Gizlilik bölümündeki Oyuncu kimliğini kopyala.
- jocogames.app@gmail.com adresine "Joco verilerimi sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder ve oyuncu kimliğini ekle.
- Bulut verini 30 gün içinde siler, e-postayla onaylarız.
Silinenler: bulut kaydın (ilerleme, yıldızlar, jetonlar ve jeton geçmişi, açılan içerikler, takma ad, yerel oyuncu isimleri) ve anonim hesabın ile Game Center / Google Play Games bağlantısı.
Saklananlar: seni tanımlayan hiçbir şey. Satın alma kayıtları Apple ya da Google'da kendi politikalarına göre kalır; aynı mağaza hesabıyla satın almalarını uygulamada geri yükleyebilirsin. Reklam sağlayıcılarının tuttuğu veriler onların kontrolündedir (Gizlilik Politikası, bölüm 5).
Uygulamayı silmek yalnızca telefondaki kopyayı siler. Bulut kopyasının silinmesini istemeden yeniden kurarsan ilerlemen geri gelir.
