Terms of Use
1. The app
Joco gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to play on your devices. Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute it. These terms sit alongside the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service, whichever store you got Joco from.
2. Play safely
Joco is played by moving your phone. Hold it firmly, keep clear space around you, mind people, pets, screens and furniture, and take a break if anything hurts. You're responsible for how and where you play.
3. Purchases and coins
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google; refunds follow their policies. Coins and in-game items have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred between players. Non-consumable items (such as the Party Pack) can be restored with the same store account.
4. Online play and names
Choose a nickname that isn't offensive and doesn't impersonate anyone. Don't cheat or interfere with other players' games. We may restrict access for abuse.
5. Ads
Rewarded ads are optional. Ad content comes from third-party networks.
6. No warranty
Joco is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost progress or injury from unsafe play. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
